About Sendas del Mar

  • Sendas del Mar is part of a two acre private compound of three luxury beach homes situated on the Playa Blanca beachfront at Barra de Potosi.

  • Sendas del Mar was designed and built by Gustavo Jasso and Karina Cabana who are renowned Neo-Natural architects, a cutting edge style that combines open natural living spaces with modern comforts. The decor by L.A. designer Shaina Morse reflects a love of mexican art and simple living.

  • The complex makes extensive use of traditional materials such as palapa roofs, natural adobe covering, local stone, and tropical hardwoods, but incorporates them into airy contemporary spaces with modern convenience and comfort. The result reaches an unusual level of aesthetics and environmental ethics.

  • Each of the villas is fully appointed. Water from all the faucets is triple purified and drinkable. Electrical outlets are US compatible 120 volt. Dishes and cutlery, coffee maker and a supply of local coffee are provided. There are ceiling fans in each room, insta-hot showers, wireless internet, a small security safe, private patios and hammocks.

  • The villas share an infiniti swimming pool and an open air billiards pavillion.

Bicycles, boogie boards, kayaks and snorkel equipment are available along with an eclectic library and a collection of games.

  • Our local managers, Tito and his wife Carmen, live on site with their two children and provide personal service in the warm Mexican tradition. All caretaker and housekeeper services are included in your rental.

  • Tito and Carmen can also make special arrangements for-
